Overview
The Solicitations dashboard helps vendors track solicitations they’ve interacted with in BidLogiQ. From this dashboard, you can quickly review solicitation status and deadlines, and open items you are following, have submitted, or are still working on in draft.
Who this is for

What you’ll see

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | How to fix |
|---|---|---|
| The Following tab shows “No data available” | You haven’t followed any solicitations yet | Open a solicitation and select Follow, then return to Solicitations > Following. |
| A solicitation appears in Draft but you can’t continue editing | The solicitation may be Closed or the submission window has ended | Check Status and Deadline. If closed/expired, the system may prevent further changes. |
| You don’t see a solicitation you expected | You may not have opened/viewed it, or it’s under a different tab | Check All, Following, Submitted, and Draft tabs. |
| Deadline shows “Expired” | The solicitation deadline has passed | The solicitation is no longer open for submission. Review the solicitation for any read-only access that remains. |
| Clicking Actions doesn’t open anything | Browser pop-up blocking or action requires a specific control (e.g., menu) | Try again, allow pop-ups if prompted, and select the specific view/open option in Actions. |
FAQ
What’s the difference between All and Following?
All shows solicitations you’ve opened and viewed. Following shows solicitations you followed but haven’t participated in yet.
Why do I see Closed items in Submitted or Draft?
The dashboard can still list closed solicitations for tracking/history. Whether you can open or edit depends on the solicitation state and rules.
What does NAICS mean on this table?
It’s the NAICS code(s) assigned by the issuing organization for the solicitation.
Why does the Deadline sometimes show a countdown and other times “Expired”?
Active solicitations may show time remaining, while closed solicitations show the deadline as expired.
Can I submit from this dashboard?
This dashboard is for viewing and navigating. Submission happens inside the solicitation workflow (Overview → Review & Submit).
