Log in to BidLogiQ as a Vendor

Overview

Vendors use the BidLogiQ Log in page to access their account so they can open solicitations and participate in opportunities. You can reach the login page from the main landing page by selecting Login in the top-right corner.

What you’ll see

When you select Login, the Log in to BidLogiQ page displays a centered login card with:

• Email field

• Password field

• Checkbox: Remember me

• Link: Forgot password?

• Button: Log in

• Link: New user? Create an account

Before you begin

• You need the email and password for your vendor account.

• If you recently created an account, you may need to verify your email before you can sign in. 

How to log in

1. Go to the BidLogiQ landing page and select Login (top right).
   Result: The Log in to BidLogiQ page opens.

2. In Email, enter the email address associated with your vendor account.
   Result: The email field is populated.

3. In Password, enter your account password.
   Result: The password field is populated.

4. (Optional) Select Remember me.
   Result: Your session may stay signed in on the current device/browser. 

5. Select Log in.
   Result: You are signed in and can access vendor features and solicitation details. 

If you forgot your password

1. On the login page, select Forgot password?
   Result: You’re routed to the password reset flow. 

If you don’t have an account yet

1. On the login page, select Create an account (under New user?).
   Result: You’re routed to the account creation page. 

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	How to fix
You can’t log in with your email/password	Email or password is incorrect	Re-enter your Email and Password carefully, then try again.
Login fails even though credentials are correct	Account may not be verified yet	Check your inbox for the verification email and complete verification.
You don’t remember your password	Password forgotten	Select Forgot password? and complete the reset steps.
Remember me doesn’t keep you signed in	Browser privacy settings or cookies blocked	Allow cookies for BidLogiQ and try again.
You expected a “username” field but only see Email/Password	Login uses email as the identifier	Use your account email in Email. If your org uses a different identifier, confirm with your admin/support.

Do I log in with a username or an email?
The login page shows an Email field and a Password field. Use your account email to sign in.

What does “Remember me” do?
It’s intended to keep you signed in on the same browser/device, depending on your browser settings. 

How do I reset my password?
Select Forgot password? on the login page and follow the reset flow. [

I’m a new vendor—how do I create an account?
Select Create an account under New user? to start registration. 

Why can I browse solicitations but not open them?
You generally must be logged in to open solicitation details and take action.
