Create a BidLogiQ Vendor Account

Overview

Creating a BidLogiQ vendor account is free and enables your organization to participate in solicitation opportunities (Bids and RFPs). Account creation requires a valid email address, a password that meets complexity rules, acceptance of the Terms of Service, and email verification.

What you’ll see

After selecting Create Account from the BidLogiQ landing page, you’ll see a centered Create Your Account card that includes:

• Email

• Password

• Confirm Password

• Checkbox: I agree to the Terms of Service (with Terms of Service as a link)

• Button: Create Account

• Link: Already have an account? Log in

• Top right of the page: Need help?

Before you begin

• Use an email inbox you can access (you’ll receive a verification email).

• Your password must meet these requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 1 uppercase letter

  • At least 1 number

  • At least 1 special character

• Password and Confirm Password must match before the system allows account creation.

How to create your vendor account

1. From the BidLogiQ landing page, select Create Account (top right).
   Result: The Create Your Account page opens. URL: app.logiq.bid.

2. In Email, enter your email address.
   Result: The email field is populated. The email must be unique to create a new account.

3. In Password, enter a password that meets the complexity rules.
   Result: The system validates the password format (8+ characters, uppercase, number, special character). 

4. In Confirm Password, re-enter the same password.
   Result: The system confirms both passwords match before enabling account creation.

5. Select the checkbox I agree to the Terms of Service.
   Result: Acceptance is recorded and required to proceed.

6. (Optional) Select the Terms of Service link.
   Result: The BidLogiQ Terms of Service opens in your browser. 

7. Select Create Account.
   Result: Your vendor account is created and a verification email is sent to the email address you entered. 

Verify your email and sign in

1. Open the verification email from BidLogiQ.

2. Follow the verification instructions in that email.
   Result: Your account becomes verified and eligible for login.

3. Return to BidLogiQ and select Log in (either from the landing page or the Log in link on the account creation card).
   Result: You can sign in using your email and password.

Get help

1. Select Need help? (top right).

2. Use the email prompt to contact support.
   Result: Your email client opens a new message addressed to BidLogiQ support. Support address: [e-mail]

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	How to fix
Create Account is disabled or won’t submit	Password doesn’t meet requirements, passwords don’t match, or Terms checkbox isn’t selected	Confirm password rules are met, ensure Password and Confirm Password match exactly, and select I agree to the Terms of Service.
Error indicates email can’t be used	Email is already registered	Select Log in instead and sign in with that email. If needed, use password reset.
No verification email received	Email entered incorrectly, email filtered, or delivery delay	Check spam/junk, confirm you typed the correct email, and resend verification if available.
Need help? doesn’t open an email	Browser/device doesn’t have a default email client configured	Configure a default email app or contact support manually using the support email address.
Terms link doesn’t open	Pop-up blocker or restricted browser settings	Allow pop-ups for BidLogiQ or open the link in another browser.
