Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | How to fix |
|---|---|---|
| Clicking a solicitation card does not open details | You are not logged in | Select Login, sign in, then select the solicitation again. |
| No results are displayed after filtering | Filters are too restrictive (e.g., multiple filters applied) | Remove one filter at a time or select Reset all. |
| You can’t find a solicitation you expected to see | Sort order is hiding it (e.g., newest first) or filters exclude it | Change Sort by to another option and clear filters to confirm it’s active. |
| The description seems incomplete | The card view shows a truncated summary | Log in and open the solicitation to view the full description. |
| The solicitation shows a “Closes” timestamp that has passed | The solicitation deadline has occurred | Return to the landing page list and look for other active solicitations; opening/submitting after close may be restricted. |
FAQ
Why can I see solicitations but not open them?
You can browse the list while logged out, but you must log in to open a solicitation.
What’s the difference between a Bid and an RFP on the list?
Each card displays an indicator in the top-right showing whether it’s a Bid or an RFP.
What does the “Location” on the card mean?
It’s the location/building associated with the solicitation, defined by the organization’s admin.
Why do I only see part of the solicitation description?
The landing page shows a truncated summary. Open the solicitation (after logging in) to view full details.
How do NAICS codes affect what I see?
NAICS codes are assigned to solicitations by the organization admin. Filtering by NAICS shows only solicitations tagged with those codes.
